1. Title of qualification

The title is "Qualified Advanced Engineer of INCE-Japan (Nintei-Gishi in Japanese)".
The abbreviated title is "INCE/JAPAN/consultant (in English)".
These Advanced Engineers are qualified and registered by INCE-Japan as an expert on having professional ability for noise and vibration control. (In English, it is just called INCE/JAPAN/consultant.)


2. Requirement

To acquire the certification of "Qualified Advanced Engineer of INCE-Japan", the following requirement must be fulfilled:
a) He/she is a member of INCE-Japan.
b) He/she has sufficient work experience on noise and vibration control.
c) He/she has excellent contribution on the development of engineering on noise and vibration control.
d) He/she has the degree of Doctor or Professional Engineer (mentor or chartered engineer (Gijutsu-shi in Japanese)) or has almost equivalent ability as the degrees.
e) He/she presented a paper in a conference of INCE-Japan or wrote a scientific paper, technical report or a commentary paper in the Journal of INCE-Japan.


3. Application

The person, who wishes to take the certification on the Qualified Advanced engineer (INCE/JAPAN/consultant), must apply with application form and attach the following documents:
(a) Curriculum vitae.
(b) Certification paper on Doctor degree or professional engineer etc.
(c) Document to certify work experience and main accomplishment.
(e) Copy of a paper published in INCE-Japan or technical or presented paper in a relative institution.
(f) Recommendation paper by over two members of Qualified Advanced Engineer (INCE/JAPAN/consultant).


4. Judgment

The judgment of qualification is performed once a year in Judgment board established in INCE-Japan. When he/she passes the judgment, the name are registered in the list of the members of Qualified Advanced engineer (INCE/JAPAN/consultant) and the certification papers are offered and the name is published in the journal of INCE-Japan.
